Argentina internationals Oscar Ustari and Santiago Vergini will make their debuts for Sunderland. But defender Carlos Cuellar (hip) and keeper Keiren Westwood (shoulder surgery) are unavailable.
Kidderminster will be without Adrian Cieslewicz and Callum Gittings - new signing Cieslewicz is cup-tied while midfielder Gittings is sidelined.
Marvin Johnson is set to lead the line having replaced Joe Lolley, who has joined Huddersfield.
Sunderland manager Gus Poyet confirmed he will make extensive changes to his side after their midweek penalty shoot-out win against Manchester United which sent them into the Capital One Cup final.
He said: "The challenge is to stay in the Premier League. That was my challenge when I got the job and it was clear from the beginning.
"Now we are lucky enough to find ourselves in a great position in a cup competition to go and play a final, and we need to try to do everything possible to win it.
"People are talking to me about 'the treble' - staying up and winning the two cups.
"Now it's a new treble. Normally it's winning everything, but staying up has become like a trophy."
Kidderminster - sixth in the Conference - are the lowest ranked team still in the FA Cup.Argentina internationals Oscar Ustari and Santiago Vergini will make their debuts for Sunderland in Saturday's FA Cup fourth-round tie at home to Kidderminster.
Keeper Ustari and central defender Vergini, who signed for the Black Cats earlier this week, were unused substitutes as Gus Poyet's men squeezed past Manchester United into the Capital One Cup final at Old Trafford on Wednesday evening, but will play in a much-changed side against the Skrill Premier outfit.
Poyet intends to make wholesale changes with Stoke due at the Stadium of Light in a crucial Premier League fixture on Wednesday night.
But while he has several players recovering from their midweek exertions, only defender Carlos Cuellar (hip) and keeper Keiren Westwood (shoulder surgery) are out.
Harriers boss Andy Thorn, whose team lies sixth in the Conference, has signed 20-year-old striker Freddie Ladapo from Colchester in time for him to make his debut in the tie.

Top scorer Michael Gash, who has 11 goals to his name in league and cup so far this season, is set to lead the line for the visitors.
Callum Gittings should shake off a shoulder injury in time to be involved after three weeks out while another midfielder, Kyle Storer, is also expected to be fit despite sustaining a knock in Tuesday night's 2-1 home defeat by Dartford.
Former Coventry and Huddersfield midfielder Lee Fowler (knee) is struggling, however, while striker Ryan Rowe and winger Adrian Cieslewicz are both cup-tied.
