Midfielder Bailey (knee) and winger Martin (hamstring) missed last weekend's 2-1 win over Wigan and face another couple of weeks on the sidelines.
Striker Martyn Waghorn plays the last game of his three-month loan from Leicester although manager Steve Lomas wants him back in January.
Lomas could stick with the side which beat the Latics although Jermaine Easter will be in contention to start after climbing off the bench to hit the crucial second goal.

David Nugent scored in both matches for Leicester against Burnley last season, and has scored in 3 of the last 4 meetings between the teams.
Burnley have not scored more than 1 goal in any of their last 12 visits to Leicester, a run stretching back to November 1975. They have though won on 4 of those 12 visits by a 1-0 scoreline.
Leicester have won 4 of the last 5 meetings between the teams.
Burnley completed the double over Leicester when these teams met for the first time in season 1897/98

Steve Bruce has no fresh injury concerns for the visit of Stoke City.Sone Aluko and Stephen Quinn remain sidelined with Achilles and hamstring injuries respectively, but otherwise Bruce has a fully-fit squad.Stoke goalkeeper Asmir Begovic suffered a thigh injury in training, leaving Thomas Sorensen poised for a first league start since May 2012. Erik Peters is available after a groin injury, while Matthew Etherington is training again but is not match fit.
After a recent run of good results, both these sides will go into this fixture with an overall feeling of positivity and self-belief.
Hull's conquest of Liverpool will doubtless have instilled an overriding assurance that they can beat anyone at home, while their draw at Swansea on Monday contained enough plusses to suggest they have adapted well to life in the top division. Their defeat at the Emirates sandwiched inbetween offered more evidence of Arsenal's quality, rather than any Hull deficiencies.Stoke, meanwhile, are exhibiting their best form since Mark Hughes took over at the Britannia - their wonderful win against Chelsea extended their run to just one defeat in six.
And, like Saturday's opponents, it ensured that their points haul is greater than the number of games they've played - always an excellent yardstick by which to measure whether a side is on course to stay up.
Hughes has certainly begun to meet the demand to alter his new team's style of play, but his next challenge is to improve their away form - something that has consistently hampered Stoke since their arrival in the Premier League.
Last season, for example, they managed just two league victories away from the home comforts of the Potteries, scoring just 13 goals in the process. That disappointing characteristic remains - they've won just one of their seven league away days this time round, scoring just seven goals.
Improving this record won't be easy though as Hull have only lost once at home this campaign (albeit to struggling Crystal Palace) and had already defeated Norwich, Sunderland and West Ham prior to their stunning Liverpool performance.
Interestingly, four of the last seven league meetings between the two clubs have ended in 1-1 draws, a scoreline which doesn't seem inconceivable when considering their similar records so far this campaign.

Head-to-head
Hull's 2-1 victory in their last home clash with Stoke in November 2009 was their first in five attempts on home soil (W1, D1, L3).
Stoke won the last meeting between the sides in April 2010, Ricardo Fuller and Liam Lawrence the scorers.

Hull City
Hull have only lost once at home this season, against Crystal Palace on 23 November (W4, D2, L1).
Only Manchester City (two) have conceded fewer league goals at home this season than Hull (three).
After three wins in their opening six Premier League games, Hull have won two of their last nine.
The Tigers have only scored more than once in three of their 18 games in all competitions.
Danny Graham ended a run of 28 goalless Premier League games against former club Swansea on Monday. Graham had gone 1,626 minutes without a goal.

Stoke City
Stoke have won two of their last four league fixtures, having previously been winless in eight games.
They have fewer points after 15 games (17) than in any of their previous five Premier League campaigns.
Their 15 league goals this season have been shared among 11 different scorers.
Only Crystal Palace and Sunderland have earned fewer away points this season than Stoke (four). The Potters' only away win was back in August, at West Ham.
After 36 consecutive games without a Premier League goal, Stephen Ireland has scored twice in his last three appearances.

West Ham boss Sam Allardyce is hopeful defenders Guy Demel and James Collins will be fit to play despite illness.Kevin Nolan begins a three-game ban, Ravel Morrison and James Tomkins are injury doubts and Stewart Downing is ruled out with a gashed calf.Sunderland pair Keiren Westwood and Carlos Cuellar remain sidelined by injury.Lee Cattermole, Emanuele Giaccherini and Fabio Borini will hope for recalls to the starting line-up.
West Ham's dismal form means this match is a big one for them as well as for bottom-of-the-table Sunderland. Hammers manager Sam Allardyce describes it as a "critical" game that both sides need to win, and you can see why.
Four defeats in the last five in the league, culminating in last week's 4-1 thrashing at Liverpool, leaves West Ham above the relegation zone only on goal difference. They're in trouble and they know it, with co-chairman David Gold publicly backing Allardyce this week while acknowledging last summer's transfer policy of putting all their eggs in the Andy Carroll basket may not have been the wisest move.
The lack of striking alternatives has been a major problem and they've failed to find the net in just over half of the league games they've played.
Carroll is just one of half a dozen players injured at the moment, while the absence of Kevin Nolan in midfield for three games through suspension will hardly help at this busy time.
West Ham can ill afford to pick up any more injuries or suspensions with a trip to Tottenham in the League Cup quarter-finals next Wednesday followed by league games away at Manchester United and at home to Arsenal.
Gus Poyet's Sunderland go into the weekend five points adrift of Fulham, Crystal Palace and West Ham at the foot of the table after claiming just a single point from the last five games.
They're the only team in the Premier League without an away win, collecting a couple of points from draws at Southampton and Aston Villa.
Goals could be at a real premium in this fixture because they too have had problems finding the net, scoring only two away goals all season.
Steven Fletcher gave them the lead in this game last season, only for West Ham to equalise in injury time through Kevin Nolan.
Poyet will be hoping Fletcher gets better service this weekend than of late as Sunderland look for their first away goal since August.

Head-to-head
Sunderland are unbeaten in their last four matches against West Ham (W3, D1).
However, the Black Cats have won only one of their last eight top-flight games at Upton Park (W1, D1, L6).
The 31 previous top-flight games between the sides at Upton Park have not produced a single goalless draw.

West Ham United
West Ham have kept seven Premier League clean sheets this season - a tally bettered only by Everton (eight).
However, the Hammers have only managed one shut-out in their last five league matches, conceding a total of 11 goals.
The Hammers have won one of their last eight league games (W1, D2, L5).
They are chasing back-to-back home league wins - something they last achieved on the opening day of the season (having ended the previous campaign with a home win).
The last time they recorded consecutive home league wins during the same season was at the start of the 2012-13 campaign, which began with victories against Aston Villa and Fulham.

Sunderland
Sunderland have scored five own goals this season - three more than any other Premier League side. Those five own goals have all come in the last eight league matches.
The record number of own goals by a Premier League side is eight - set by Leicester in 2003-04.
The Black Cats have lost more points from winning positions (11) than any other side.
They have failed to win their last nine away league matches (D2, L7). Their most recent away victory was the 3-0 win at Newcastle on 14 April.

Newcastle midfielder Yohan Cabaye serves a one-match suspension against Southampton after accumulating five yellow cards this season.Magpies manager Alan Pardew has no fresh injury concerns.Southampton's latest injury concern is midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin, who could miss out with a pelvic injury.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino says Victor Wanyama, Artur Boruc, Nathaniel Clyne, Daniel Fox and Kelvin Davis remain unavailable through injury.
When these two teams met at St James' Park back in February they were both in the bottom five of the Premier League and seriously wondering whether they could keep their heads above the relegation waters.
This time around they are both in the top eight and playing almost without a care in the world.
Newcastle's Old Trafford history-makers are guaranteed a heroes' reception when they emerge from the dressing rooms, while Southampton can reflect that they very nearly beat Manchester City last weekend.
That game featured another terrific display from Adam Lallana, who now looks a certainty to go to Brazil with the England squad, and performances of huge promise from their young English full backs Luke Shaw and Calum Chambers.
Aside from defeat at Swansea earlier this month, Newcastle's results have been spectacular over the last six weeks. Not only did the Magpies beat Manchester United away but won at Spurs and at home to Chelsea.
Their response to losing at Sunderland at the end of October has been admirable - 15 points from a possible 18.
Alan Pardew will enjoy facing Southampton. He was their manager for the 2009-10 season when - with one arm tied behind his back thanks to a 10-point penalty - he took them to within a place of the League One play-offs and won the Johnstone's Paint Trophy at Wembley. Not bad you may think - but not good enough for chairman Nicola Cortese.
Neither party should hold grudges. After all, Pardew was soon in charge at Newcastle and Southampton appointed Nigel Adkins who picked up the baton and took Saints to the Premier League.
Six of the team which played for Southampton in their last game under Pardew (a 4-0 win over Bristol Rovers in August 2010) were involved in that St James' Park meeting last February and two of them (Ricky Lambert and Schneiderlin) scored, albeit in a 4-2 defeat.
The aforementioned Lallana was one of those six, and he above all is surely welcome evidence that it is still possible to play your way from the lower leagues to the very top.

Head-to-head
Newcastle are unbeaten in 10 home league and cup games against Southampton stretching back to November 1997, winning nine of them.
Both sides won their respective home fixtures in last season's Premier League.
It is 10 years (2002-03) since Newcastle and Southampton both finished a Premier League season in the top half.

Newcastle
Newcastle have won five of their last six games, including three of their last four at St James' Park.
They have scored fewer goals at home (seven) than any other top-half side. Only Aston Villa [six] have a worse record in the whole division.
Newcastle's tally of four away victories is bettered by only Arsenal and Tottenham (both five).
United have won twice as many games (eight) as they had at the same stage of last season's Premier League.
Alan Pardew's side have taken the lead in 10 of their 15 league outings.
The Magpies' last nine goals have all come from French players - while only one of 20 league goals in total was scored by player of a different nationality (Wales defender Paul Dummett).
France striker Loic Remy has failed to score in his last three games (358 minutes), his longest run without a goal for Newcastle this season.

Southampton
Last weekend's draw with Manchester City ended a run of three straight defeats.
Southampton have scored fewer away goals (five) than any other top-half side.
Italian striker Dani Osvaldo has scored in his last two games for Saints.
Six of Southampton's 19 goals have come five minutes either side of half-time, while five were scored in the last 10 minutes.

Midfielder James McCarthy is suspended for Everton's clash with Fulham, having picked up a fifth booking of the season against Arsenal last weekend.Leon Osman is his likely replacement, but defender Tony Hibbert won't be fit until next week after injuring his knee in training.Fulham have on-loan forward Darren Bent available again after a hamstring injury.Defender Fernando Amorebieta could also return from a similar problem.
If you'd been asked in August "who will be the only team to have lost just one Premier League game come the middle of December" how many of you would have said Everton?
Thought so, me neither. The fact that they have says a lot about Roberto Martinez's ability to improve an established squad so soon, and how willing the players have been to take on new ideas.
The new Blues boss had a solid foundation from which to build, but has added cleverly to it. They are a team that are very hard to beat and have lost just three of their last 26 league matches.
The next question is - how long can it continue? The fact that their three loan players Romelu Lukaku, Gareth Barry and Gerard Deulofeu are around all season gives them a fighting chance. Add that to the development of Ross Barkley and all signs look positive.
The challenge now is to win when everyone expects them to, just as they did in their last home game when they hit Stoke for four.
Prior to that, the last team to concede that many in the league at Goodison were Fulham in April 2012, but visiting coach Rene Meulensteen will be more concerned with the here and now.
The victory over Aston Villa last time out was absolutely huge after six straight league defeats. Had they lost again, with this match and a home game against Manchester City on the horizon, some would have feared the worst.
In stark contrast to Everton, Fulham have lost 16 of their last 23 league matches. Whether they can get a positive result on Merseyside may depend on which Dimitar Berbatov turns up. If it's the one from the win over Villa their chances are far stronger.
In a season full of surprises, a Fulham win at Goodison would be another one.
Everton are a fortnight away from being a year unbeaten at home. They won't relinquish that easily.

Head-to-head
Fulham have never won a league game at Everton (D4, L21).
They have lost their last 20 meetings at Goodison Park - scoring just 10 goals to Everton's 51.
Their last victory at Goodison Park was by 2-1 in an FA Cup fifth-round tie in February 1975.

Everton
Everton are unbeaten at Goodison Park this year (W11, D5). The last time they went a calendar year unbeaten at home was 1962.
Everton have lost the fewest games in the Premier League this season (one).
The Toffees have drawn four of their last six games, keeping four clean sheets.
They are the only Premier League side yet to lose after conceding the opening goal (W1, D3).
Steven Pienaar scored his seventh and final goal of last season the last time these sides met in April - he has only scored once in 14 games since.

Fulham
Fulham avoided a club record seventh consecutive top-flight defeat by beating Aston Villa last time out.
Only Norwich (28) and Sunderland (30) have conceded more league goals than Fulham (26) this season.
Fulham's starting XI against Aston Villa was the oldest named by any side in the Premier League this season (31 years and 25 days).
The Cottagers have lost all eight of their games against top-half opposition this season.
Only West Ham have taken fewer points (five) from their last eight matches than Fulham (six).

Chelsea defender Gary Cahill has a thigh problem and will not be risked against Crystal Palace.Manager Jose Mourinho says Cesar Azpilicueta will again start at left-back in preference to Ashley Cole, who made his first appearance for 39 days against Steaua Bucharest in midweek.Crystal Palace's ever-present defender Dean Moxey is doubtful with a hamstring injury suffered against Cardiff.
Winger Yannick Bolasie is available following suspension.
Chelsea can't afford to lose. Crystal Palace have nothing to lose. Jose Mourinho badly needs the win. A victory for Tony Pulis would be an unexpected surprise.
Mourinho's team hasn't reached the peaks of his last spell, that's for sure. But he's made it clear that this isn't his team yet. He's inherited some players he would rather get out of the club. He's right to maintain that they're very much in the title race, through to the Champions League knock out stages and the Capital One Cup quarter-final against Sunderland on Tuesday. But he'd be wrong to ignore the misgivings shared by supporters at the team's weaknesses.
Defensive blunders cost them dearly at Stoke and very nearly at Sunderland too. It's interesting that Petr Cech was rested for the midweek Champions League game. His form has dipped.
Mourinho has lost six of his 24 games this season. It took his predecessor Rafa Benitez 33 games to lose that many. One man is loved. One man was detested. But patience with Jose will be tested to the limit if they lose against the Eagles for the first time in the Premier League.
It's 31 years since Palace last won at the Bridge. Tight Fit were at Number One with The Lion Sleeps Tonight and my Elmlea Primary School friend Kevin Mabbutt scored in a 2-1 victory.
No-one expects a repeat. But then no-one quite expected the sort of impact Tony Pulis has had on his new club. Three wins in four games have followed the announcement that he was to be the next Eagles boss.
He's reinforced good work already done by caretaker Keith Millen in tightening the defence. They've kept four clean sheets in their last five games.
Pulis has his players doing the basics with more success than they were. He's instilled more belief in the dressing room.
It will still be an enormous job for him to keep the club up. But they have a genuine chance now - more of a chance than they do in this game. Chelsea's extra quality will see them home, surely.

Head-to-head
Crystal Palace have only taken two points from the eight previous Premier League meetings and they are winless in 11 attempts in the league since a 2-1 home victory in August 1990.
Chelsea are unbeaten in their last 11 league and cup games against Palace at Stamford Bridge. Their only league win at Chelsea in 16 attempts came in March 1982 in the old Second Division.

Chelsea
Thirty points from 15 games represents Jose Mourinho's worst return at a leading European club. He last fared worse in 2001-02 with Uniao de Leiria (24 points from 15 games).
Chelsea have won 11 points from losing positions this season, four more than any other side.
They have trailed in five of their last six league games, and three of the last four at home.
The Blues have gone 16 Premier League games without defeat at Stamford Bridge, where they remain unbeaten in all 67 league matches under Mourinho (W52, D15).
Chelsea have only kept one clean sheet in their last 10 league games and have conceded three goals in consecutive league fixtures for the first time since October 1999.

Crystal Palace
Crystal Palace have earned nine points from the last 12 available in the Premier League (W3 L1), seven more than reigning champions Manchester United.
The Eagles have conceded only one goal in their last five league games.
However, they have the division's worst goalscoring record, with 10 goals in 15 matches.
Marouane Chamakh has scored in successive Premier League appearances for the first time since November 2010. He has never scored in three consecutive league appearances in his career.
Palace have lost all 10 matches in which they trailed this season.

Cardiff City full-back Andrew Taylor is back in contention after overcoming a calf injury, and he could replace Declan John.Striker Craig Bellamy faces a late fitness test on a knee injury.West Brom striker Victor Anichebe is a doubt because of illness, but fellow forward Nicolas Anelka may return after six weeks out with a groin problem.
Defender Jonas Olsson is available after serving a one-match suspension last weekend.
Poor runs by both clubs, added to surprise wins for Stoke and Norwich last week and the resurgence of Crystal Palace under Tony Pulis, mean Cardiff and West Bromwich Albion suddenly find themselves in the relegation picture.
To the neutral observer this comes as something of a surprise. We recall Cardiff's stunning victory over Manchester City and their equally impressive recovery to get a point at home to Manchester United.
West Brom went one better and won against United at Old Trafford for the first time since Gerald Sinstadt exclaimed 'what a goal!' to greet a stunner from Cyrille Regis in 1978.
Ardent followers of the Bluebirds and the Baggies recognise these moments as undisputed highlights which mask a more accurate story. The two clubs have gone five games without a win and Albion have lost their last three on the spin. Last Saturday's home defeat to terrible travellers Norwich was a particularly bitter pill to swallow.
After 50 years outside the top flight, this season was always going to be a challenge for Cardiff.
While upstairs interference periodically threatens to derail their bid to stay up, scoring goals remains their primary problem. Their last was that injury-time equaliser against Manchester United. Three games have been played since.
I wonder if Bluebirds boss Malky Mackay might choose to start again with Peter Odemwingie for this one. The Nigeria international once scored for West Brom against Cardiff in the FA Cup and fate might decide that his name is all over this fixture.
Albion fans will certainly fear that prospect but I doubt many regret his departure. Whilst the impact of Romelu Lukaku has certainly been missed, defensive shortcomings have been their chief concern, and having to score twice just to earn a point is making life tough for the Baggies.
Neither team can really afford to lose this one, but does a draw offer enough of a reward in the scramble to avoid being sucked in to the drop zone?

Head-to-head
West Brom's last defeat away to Cardiff was a 3-1 top-flight loss on Boxing Day 1960. They are unbeaten in seven games away to the Bluebirds since then, with the last four ending in draws.
Cardiff striker Peter Odemwingie scored for West Brom to help eliminate his current employers from the FA Cup in a 4-2 win the last time the clubs met in the 2011-12 competition.

Cardiff City
Cardiff are without a win in five games since beating rivals Swansea in the south Wales derby.
Two of Cardiff's three wins have been at home.
Only Palace and West Ham have failed to score in as many games as Malky Mackay's side (eight) in the Premier League this season.
Cardiff have averaged fewer than three shots on target (2.73) per game in the Premier League this season.
The Bluebirds have picked up just six points from seven games against bottom-half opposition.
Nine of the 22 league goals conceded by Cardiff have come in the last 15 minutes of games.
Ben Turner, Steven Caulker and Peter Whittingham have played every minute of all 15 Premier League games for Cardiff this season.

West Bromwich Albion
West Brom have won once in nine matches since September's 2-1 victory at Manchester United, losing their last three games.
Steve Clarke's side failed to score for the first time in six games in Saturday's 2-0 defeat by Norwich City.
Gareth McAuley is the only ever present for West Brom in 2013-14.
Twelve goals (six for, six against) have been scored in the last 15 minutes of matches involving West Brom.

Manchester City are expected to recall Vincent Kompany, Sergio Aguero and Yaya Toure, none of whom featured in the win at Bayern Munich. City are likely to be without right-back Micah Richards, who appeared to suffer a muscle injury in midweek. Arsenal will assess defender Bacary Sagna, who is nursing a hamstring problem.
Lukas Podolski is fit after three months out with a hamstring injury but is short of match fitness.
This has all the makings of being one of the games of the season, though it will have to go some to match Arsenal's 1-1 draw with Everton last Sunday for entertainment.
That was one of those matches that showed you don't need to have a winner and loads of goals to make it memorable, with both sides going at each other with pace and quality from start to finish.
We might expect something similar here, with goals in short supply when these two have met recently - just seven have been scored in the last six contests (five for City, two for Arsenal).
With City needing to win to narrow the gap on the Gunners there could be an extra tension to their play (though having seen the way they saw off Tottenham I doubt it!) and there are also the effects of both sides' Champions League exertions this week to factor in - both physically and mentally.
Arsenal might have qualified for the last 16 but losing in Naples and losing top spot and potentially a kinder draw was a blow, whilst City's win away to Bayern Munich was fantastic yet farcical at the same time.
Manuel Pellegrini's permutations puzzlement is rightly a big story, but in my mind clouds the key one - Manchester City beat the European champions on their own ground, and with an 'under-strength' side to boot! They won't and shouldn't fear any opposition now - in Europe or at home.
We've got the club with the best home record in the Premier League (by a goal-filled distance) against the one that's been best away.
For number buffs, we've also got a clash between the two most clinical teams in the division, with City netting 20.6% of their shots on goal and Arsenal 18.9%.
It could all mean that they cancel each other out, but I think we'll see the opposite.
City will come out flying, and Arsenal will have to be ready. For those lucky enough to be there, Christmas could come early.

Head-to-head
Arsenal have only won one of their last six league and cup games against Manchester City, and have failed to score in six of the previous nine meetings in all competitions.
The last six Premier League matches have produced six red cards - four of which were shown to City players.

Manchester City
Their tally of 29 home goals is the most by a top-flight team in their opening seven matches since Tottenham in 1962-63 (also 29).
City have scored in 57 consecutive Premier League home games, a run stretching back to a 0-0 draw with Birmingham in November 2010.
Manuel Pellegrini's side have lost eight points from winning positions this season - the second highest tally in the top flight behind Sunderland (11).
Sergio Aguero has 18 goals in all competitions this season, including 12 in the Premier League - equalling his league tally last term.

Arsenal
The Gunners have the division's best away record with 16 points - twice City's tally on the road.
Arsenal are one point shy of 1300 in the Premier League under Arsene Wenger.
Mesut Ozil has registered four goals and six assists in his 12 Premier League appearances. However, he has yet to score for Arsenal away from home in league or cup.
