Stevenage are hopeful winger Filipe Morais will be fit to face Everton after he picked up a dead leg.Midfielder Dean Parrett (knee) is a major doubt for the visit of the Premier League side.
Everton are without Seamus Coleman (hamstring), Antolin Alcaraz (muscle fatigue), Ross Barkley (broken toe) and Steven Pienaar (groin).
Gerard Deulofeu (hamstring), Darron Gibson (knee) and forward Arouna Kone (also knee) remain sidelined.
Stevenage boss Graham Westley is confident that his League One side can find another FA Cup upset to match their 3-1 third-round win against Newcastle in 2011.
"We are not thinking about a replay. We know our best chance of beating them will be here," Westley said.
"We went into the tie against Newcastle struggling in League Two.
"Not many saw that upset coming but we thought differently then and we are feeling in a similar mindset now."
Everton manager Roberto Martinez - who won the FA Cup last season with Wigan - says that his side will not take any chances against lower-league opposition.
"We are going to try to be as good as we can and make sure we don't let the home side have the advantage they will otherwise have," he said.
"I think in these rounds people forget that the divisional status counts for very little, and it is about how you adapt on the day to the conditions, surroundings and environment.
"The home team is always the favourite in these rounds, so we need to make sure we are ready to face a very difficult game."

MATCH FACTS
This is the first-ever meeting between these sides in the FA Cup.
These sides met for the first time in any competition earlier this season in the Capital One Cup in August. Everton won the game 2-1 at Goodison Park.
Stevenage's best-ever run in the FA Cup was to the fifth round in 2012, when they held Tottenham Hotspur to a draw before losing the replay at White Hart Lane.
Everton have won the FA Cup on five occasions - most recently under Joe Royle in 1995 when they beat Manchester United at Wembley. That win brought Everton their last major trophy. They were more recently beaten by Chelsea in the 2009 final.

Stevenage are hopeful Filipe Morais will be fit to face Everton in the FA Cup after the winger suffered a dead leg in the 1-0 defeat by Notts County last weekend.
Midfielder Dean Parrett is a major doubt as he continues to recover from the knee injury which has kept him out of the last two matches.
Boro have trimmed their squad this week by letting defender Ben Chorley join Portsmouth, while striker Marcus Haber and full-back David Gray are on the transfer list.

Everton full-back Seamus Coleman has been ruled out of the tie at Stevenage due to the problem he sustained against West Brom.
Coleman limped off in the 1-1 Premier League draw at the Hawthorns on Monday and his club subsequently confirmed he had sustained a "minor soft tissue injury".
The Toffees are still missing Antolin Alcaraz (muscle fatigue), Ross Barkley (broken toe), Steven Pienaar (groin), Gerard Deulofeu (hamstring), Darron Gibson and Arouna Kone (both knee).
