Crawley forward Billy Clarke serves the second game of his three-match suspension while midfielder Dannie Bulman (fractured cheekbone) is out.New loan signing Matt Tubbs is cup-tied, having played for Rotherham earlier in the competition.Loanee striker Chris Beardsley is available after his deal with Bristol Rovers was extended until the end of the season.
Ryan Brunt has been ruled out for another two months with a knee injury.
The two sides, who drew 0-0 in the initial tie on 7 December, will look to settle their second round replay for the third time.
The first attempt on 18 December was abandoned midway through the second half because of a waterlogged pitch, and the fixture was re-arranged for Saturday, 4 January.
However the match was postponed when the pitch at the Checkatrade.com Stadium failed an inspection.
The winners of this tie will face a trip to Championship club Birmingham City in the third round on Wednesday, 15 January.
The eventual winners of that match will welcome Premier League side Swansea, who knocked out Manchester United, in the fourth round on the weekend of 25-26 January.
Crawley Town manager John Gregory told BBC Sussex:
"They have been a little bit indifferent. They are a bit hot and cold which is possibly why they are where they are in League Two.
"Whenever the game does go ahead they will be fired up and have nothing to lose.
"The draw has pitched the winner to travel to Birmingham and it is an opportunity to make extra finance as well.
"Maybe me and John Ward should have a penalty shoot-out in the car park to get it sorted and find out who the winner is. I'd back myself on that one."
After falling two goals behind on Saturday, defender James Hurst was withdrawn early as Gregory opted to alter his system with his fantastic replacement, Andy Drury, will probably be hoping to did enough to earn a recall for the starting XI.
Mark McChrystal isn't likely to return to action for Bristol Rovers. The centre-back rejoined his team-mates for training on Monday morning having endured tendinitis as part of his knee but this cup clash looks to possess come too soon for the 29-year-old.
Long-term injury absentees Jim Paterson and Danny Woodards may also be back in full training but the pair need some matches under their belt before being considered for first-team action.

Defender Garry Kenneth left the club my mutual consent on Tuesday and definately will therefore also not be involved, although he was unlikely to feature.
Saturday's 2-1 defeat at Morecambe was Rovers' first reduction in 10 and they will head to Crawley as underdogs despite drawing 0-0 within the original tie.
John Gregory should go in search of his first win in control of Crawley after they host Bristol Rovers within their FA Cup second-round replay at the Broadfield Stadium.

Man City V West Ham Capital One Cup - Semi-Final -Preview 8 Jan 2014

Sergio Aguero and Micah Richards are back in training but both are not yet ready for a first-team return.West Ham manager Sam Allardyce will put Roger Johnson straight into his squad after the defender signed on loan from Wolves for the rest of the season.
They are still without a host of injured players including Winston Reid and Andy Carroll, while captain Kevin Nolan is banned.
A trip to the Etihad is probably the last ground in English football that beleaguered West Ham manager Sam Allardyce would like his team to visit right now given his side's shocking run of form and appalling injury list.
The 5-0 defeat his shadow side suffered at the hands of Championship club Nottingham Forest at the weekend saw speculation increase that Allardyce was set to lose his job but in a letter to the club's supporters he received the backing, for now, from Hammers' co-owners David Gold and David Sullivan.
West Ham have never won the League Cup but the odds on them beating Manchester City over two legs of this semi-final are very long indeed. City are unstoppable at home and have scored an incredible 53 goals in 14 matches at the Etihad this season.
Allardyce will surely be hoping the best his injury-ravaged squad can do is limit the damage to give his side any hope in the second leg at Upton Park.

Head-to-head
Manchester City have met West Ham United once in the League Cup back in 1984, beating the Hammers 2-1 in a replay at Upton Park after a goalless draw at Maine Road.
City won the last meeting between the two clubs, away at Upton Park, 3-1 in October.
West Ham have won only once at the Etihad Stadium, beating City in an FA Cup quarter-final tie in 2006.
Both clubs were semi-finalists in 1964 and 2011, with West Ham losing to the eventual winners on both occasions.

Manchester City
City have twice won the League Cup, beating West Bromwich Albion in 1970 and Newcastle United in 1976 - and were losing finalists against Wolves in 1974.
Bosnia striker Edin Dzeko has scored in all three of City's ties so far this season.
None of City's League Cup scorers this season have been English.
Liverpool are the only side to beat Manchester City in a home semi-final tie in this competition - in 1981 and 2012.

West Ham United
West Ham have been losing finalists twice in League Cup history - versus West Bromwich Albion in 1966 and Liverpool in 1981.
The Hammers have scored nine goals in four League Cup ties, almost half the 19 goals they have scored in 20 league games.
Hammers boss Sam Allardyce led former club Bolton to the 2004 League Cup final where they lost to Middlesbrough.
