Long-term absentees Nyron Nosworthy (Achilles), Neuton (dislocated shoulder) and Tommie Hoban (ankle) remain sidelined.

Leeds are missing a trio of first-team players as they attempt to spoil Watford's automatic promotion hopes.

Boss Brian McDermott is without suspended duo Rodolph Austin and El Hadji Diouf, while defender Sam Byram has been ruled out through injury.

Jamaican midfielder Austin received a three-match ban after being sent-off against Brighton at the weekend, while striker Diouf was hit with a two-game suspension following his dismissal in the same fixture.

They join full-back Byram on the sidelines after the 19-year-old failed to recover from the hip problem that kept him out of the Brighton defeat.

United, who are aiming for their first away league win since the start of December, could finish as high as 10th but as low as 20th in the npower Championship table.

Leeds United face a trip to Watford at Vicarage Road at lunchtime on Saturday, having the edge over their hosts in previous meetings. The visitors have won 3 of the 8 previous games, with the hosts winning just 2.

The most recent encounter between these two sides at Vicarage Road was just last season, in December 2011, where the two sides shared the spoils courtesy of a 1-1 final scoreline in a Championship match.

Watford have been playing quite well at home, winning 3, drawing 2, and losing just 1. A total of 12 goals have been scored by the Hornets in those games, with 7 conceded.

The away form of Leeds United is pretty dire, attaining just 3 draws from the previous six away games. While the Whites have hit 4 goals, 9 have hit the back of the wrong net.

Watford are just outside the promotion places, in 3rd, having taken 77 points from 45 games.

Leeds United find themselves struggling down in 16th position in the league having picked up 58 points from their 45 matches.
