• Brian McDermott is now charged with trying to bring the good times back to Elland Road, and under him so far the Whites have won two and lost one.
• Against the leading clubs, Leeds have lost at home to Cardiff, Hull and Watford, but beaten Crystal Palace, Bolton, Leicester and Nottingham Forest.
• Forward Luke Varney, 30, is in line to make his 300th career league appearance.
