Sunderland pair Lee Cattermole and Andrea Dossena are both suspended after their red cards against Hull on Saturday.Vito Mannone is set to start in goal, having replaced the injured Keiren Westwood at half-time against Hull.Southampton manager Mauricio Pochettino is likely to make wholesale changes to his side, with Jack Cork and Gaston Ramirez among those expected to start.Guly do Prado remains sidelined with a knee injury.
