Neil Lennon is hopeful Commons' hamstring injury will heal in time for the return match in Amsterdam on November 6.Emilio Izaguirre has recovered from illness, meanwhile, and fellow full-back Mikael Lustig (hip) will be assessed on the day of the game after he also missed Saturday's draw with Hibernian.
Scott Brown is suspended and Joe Ledley might not be fit enough to play a full 90 minutes following a groin injury. Derk Boerrigter (ankle), Adam Matthews (shoulder) and Steve Moyoukolo (Achilles) remain out.
Celtic playmaker Celtic is coming from a pretty lucky draw away to Hibernian, one of the biggest their rivals in Premier League since Rangers has relegated, while the team was losing the game since 17th minute all the way till thirteen minutes before the full time whistle when the visitors improved significantly in the second half and came to the equalizer by Forrest. "We can't lose it, put it that way," the former Northern Ireland midfielder said."We are four points worse off in the group than we were at this stage last season. We have a bit of work to do.

Team News:
"Home form is important to us, but Ajax are a very good side. Let's not beat about the bush.
"They will give us plenty to think about, plenty of problems. But we are at home and I think we will be confident enough to take the game to them."
As well as almost certainly being without Commons, the Glasgow outfit will be missing suspended captain Scott Brown following his red card against Barcelona.
Adam Matthews (shoulder) and former Ajax man Derk Boerrigter (ankle) are also ruled out, while there are doubts over Mikael Lustig (hip) and Emilio Izaguirre (illness).
Ajax will also be looking for their first win in the group after Mario Balotelli's last-gasp penalty denied them victory earlier this month.
Stefano Denswil looked to have snatched a late win for Frank de Boer's side when he gave them a 90th-minute lead, but Balotelli rescued a point for Milan when he converted a controversial spot-kick with the last kick of the game.
De Boer's side come into the game on the back of a 1-1 draw at FC Twente in the Eredivisie on Saturday
Ajax, who are third in the Eredivisie table just as they are in Group H, were victorious 1-0 on their last visit to Parkhead back in August 2001 but they have not won away from home this season.

Coach Neil Lennon rightly accused the players of opposing team that they played unsportsmanlike and in some cases intentionally trying to injury his players, saying that the game didn’t go as they planned and will try to forget it as quick as possible. Still, they remained undefeated in the league and with a 7-2-0 record they are the top candidates for yet another domestic championship. In the last Champions League game at home, against Barcelona, Scottish side wasn’t bad at all, but a goal from Fabregas was enough for Spanish side to get a victory, while elimination of Celtic’s player Brown helped them a lot, as the home side stood with a man less since 59th minute. With two defeats at the start of the group stage, they are pretty much limited to a race for the third spot together with Ajax and will try to get much closer to securing the third position after tonight’s game.
