Hannover 96

Hannover 96 team will be much weaker this season with the departure of several first team regulars from the last season.

Their top striker Mohammad Abdellaoue joined Vfb Stuttgart, creative midfielder Sergio Pinto and defenders Mario Eggiman and Konstantin Rausch have all departed. Also the on loan defender Johan Djorou, who came from Arsenal last season, will play for Hamburg this season.

Hannover 96 ambitions will be to finish in the top half of the table, as they clearly lack quality for something more. The team did not bring any significant signings except for the midfielder Leonardo Bittencourt, who joined the team coming from Borussia Dortmund, but he did not play much for Borussia Dortmund last season.

Szabolsz Huszti and Mame Diouf are the leaders of this team, and Diouf had a pretty good last season scoring twelve goals and making eight assists for his team.

Probable Hannover 96 line-up :
Zieler,
H. Sakai, Sané, C. Schulz, Pander,
Andreasen, Stindl,
Bittencourt, Schlaudraff, Huszti,
M. Diouf

Wolfsburg

Wolfsburg are also aiming towards the top half of the table this season, but still have lots of work to do. Positive team news is that they bought three decent players. Midfielder Timm Klose joined from Nuremberg, South Korean Ja-Cheol Koo came from Augsburg and Daniel Caligiuri from SC Freiburg.

During the pre-season, Wolfsburg were defeated in three games against Braunschweig, FC Kopenhagen and Club Brugge, but the last two sides are much stronger teams than Wolfsburg, so those were good tests.

Wolfsburg also showed a strong performance last week in the DFB Cup and beat Karlsruher SC with 1-3. Klose, Olic and Diego all showed great performances and those three are expected to lead this team towards a solid season.

Probable Wolfsburg line-up :
Benaglio,
Träsch, Naldo, Klose, Rodriguez,
Koo, Polak,
Vieirinha, Diego, Perisic,
Olic
