The HBO series GIRLS takes a comic look at the assorted humiliations and rare triumphs of a group of women in their early 20s. Dunham, Judd Apatow, Jenni Konner, Ilene S. The return of the comedy following the exploits of four twenty-something Brooklyn women. Reeling after a nasty run-in with Natalia at Ray's new coffee and pizza place, Hannah and a reluctant Adam host a dinner at their apartment for Marnie, who is living at home in New Jersey, and Shoshanna, who is alternating nights of sexual freedom with academia after splitting with Ray. Meanwhile, Jessa's new friend Jasper (Richard E Grant) highlights the issues she has with her father. Starring Lena Dunham, Allison Williams, Zosia Mamet and Jemima Kirke / Hannah, Shoshanna and Adam go on a road trip to reunite with Jessa, leaving Marnie feeling left out as she moves into her own place.
