James Forrest has been passed fit for Celtic's Champions League game against AC Milan after missing Saturday's win over Aberdeen with a hamstring injury. Midfielders Scott Brown and Nir Biton are suspended and defenders Adam Matthews and Steven Mouyokolo injured.
Defender Philippe Mexes and midfielder Sulley Muntari are the latest to drop out for Milan after weekend injuries.
Forward Stephan El Shaarawy, full-back Mattia De Sciglio and goalkeeper Marco Amelia had already been ruled out.
France defender Mexes underwent a scan on an eye injury picked up in the 1-1 draw with Genoa, while former Portsmouth and Sunderland midfielder Muntari limped off with a groin injury.
Neither were in the party of 19 that arrived in Glasgow ahead of the Group H match against Celtic.
"It can be traumatic, but Kris being the strong-minded individual that he is has brushed it off," said the Celtic manager.
"It's not a nice thing for him or his family to have to suffer, but looking at him today and speaking to him yesterday, his total focus now is on the game."
Scottish Premiership leaders Celtic, who defeated third-top Aberdeen 3-1 on Saturday, approach the game with a record of 16 wins, five draws and only two defeats in the group stages of the Champions League.
Milan arrive seeking their first away win in Europe this season, their last victory coming almost exactly a year ago, when they defeated Anderlecht 3-1 in Belgium to secure a place in the last 16.
That draw at home to 10-man Genoa - their fifth in 13 games - left the seven-times European champions 18 points behind Serie A leaders Roma and 14 behind the first Champions League qualifying place occupied by Napoli.
It led to the players being widely booed as they left the pitch and hundreds of angry supporters then protested at the exit to the San Siro Stadium, leaving coach Massimiliano Allegri under pressure ahead of the match in Glasgow.

Group H leaders Barcelona have already secured their place in the round of 16 and a point in Amsterdam will cement top spot.
Celtic will move into second place with a win against the Rossoneri if Ajax fail to get the better of Barca, but defeat would eliminate them.
A Celtic draw coupled with an Ajax win would also knock the Scottish champions out of the competition as they are behind the Dutch side on the "head-to-head" record as a result of Ajax's late goal in Glasgow on match-day three.
A Celtic defeat by Milan, coupled with an Ajax win, would mean Celtic could not even finish third and the consolation prize of Europa League football.
