Team News:
Newcastle have not played since April 9th and the break has given Pardew the chance to welcome back some first-team players.Cheick Tiote did not feature in their previous game against Bolton but has recovered from a hamstring problem and is likely to take the place of the injured James Perch.Tim Krul suffered a back problem in training but should be fit, while Leon Best, Danny Guthrie and Gabriel Obertan could return to the bench after recovering from their respective injuries.Midfielder Sylvain Marveaux has not featured since November but has returned to training after a five-month lay-off.Stoke are likely to be unchanged for the trip to Newcastle, with Jermaine Pennant suffering from an illness.Andy Wilkinson missed both games during the Easter period and will return to the squad after being out with a groin injury but is only likely to be on the bench.
