He is set to team up with Sneijder, a January buy from Inter Milan, against German side Schalke on Wednesday.

Team News:
"Both of them have quickly merged and integrated with the team," Terim said. Both players have lifted the Champions League trophy before, as Ivory Coast striker Drogba won it with Chelsea last season and Netherlands midfielder Sneijder, 28, did so with Inter in 2010.
Drogba, who scored the equalising goal and the decisive penalty as Chelsea beat Bayern Munich in a shoot-out after a 1-1 draw last May, marked his Turkish Super League debut with the opener as Galatasaray beat Akhisar Belediyespor 2-1 last Friday.
Both men are set to line up for their new side against a Schalke team struggling after just one win in 14 matches.

The 2011 Champions League semi-finalists sacked coach Huub Stevens in December, but his replacement Jens Keller has gone four games without a victory since marking his first match in charge with a 5-4 win over Hannover.
Having been second in the Bundesliga in mid-November, Schalke have fallen to ninth, and Keller has claimed a "curse" has been afflicting his team.
