Bishop's Stortford have Wycombe defender Tommy Fletcher available after his loan signing. The Conference South side have also re-signed defender Manny Sackey this week.Northampton have been given permission to play loanees Kane Ferdinand, Ricky Ravenhill and Jacob Blyth but talks with Brentford over loanees Stuart Dallas and Luke Norris continue.
The Cobblers will be without Kelvin Langmead (knee), Clive Platt (thigh) and Roy O'Donovan (hernia).
While there are two leagues between the sides, Stortford are on a seven-game winning run and face League Two's bottom club with high confidence.
It could be star striker Kyle Vassell's last game for the Hertfordshire outfit though, with Peterborough United understood to have agreed a fee for the former Brentford youngster.
Bishop's Stortford boss Rod Stringer told BBC Look East:

"At the moment Northampton are not having the best of times in their division. If you look at the number of league positions between us the gap is not as bad as it sounds.
"But we also respect that they are a professional outfit.
"I feel if I get my players in the right frame of mind and maybe get through the first 15 minutes, anything can happen.
"I think the way we're playing at the moment, the players seem to have as much confidence as I can put into them."
Northampton Town manager Aidy Boothroyd tells BBC Radio Northampton:
"I've changed quite a lot. I didn't think the team was as effective as it should be.
"Thankfully I've got a chairman who's supportive otherwise I could've been down the road [sacked] by now.
"The TV cameras are smelling an upset, which they would be, considering our position, and there's no hiding place. To me, that's a positive.
"It's not a time for the weak. It's a time for strong characters to deal with an onslaught because they'll see us as a scalp."
