 Jon Daly scores twice as Rangers ease past Airdrieonians at Ibrox to reach the fourth round of the Scottish Cup.
Andy Little and Richard Foster are definitely out for Rangers as they play host to Scottish League One rivals Airdrie.

Little suffered a two broken bones in his face during the midweek win over Dunfermline, while Foster sustained an ankle injury in the same match.

Bilel Mohsni will play on Saturday despite suffering a broken nose in Wednesday's game, as will Lee McCulloch, who had six stitches in a head wound during.

Goalkeeper Cammy Bell, who picked up a knock late on against the Pars, is also expected to play.
 Rangers were under a signing embargo until 1 September but still managed to be the most significant players in the transfer market this summer in Scotland's League one.

Pre-contracts agreements with free agents allowed them to persuade four players to step down from top-flight clubs in return for higher wages, while last season's top scorer in the division, Nicky Clark, switched from promoted Queen of the South.

Initially, their new signings were only permitted to play a limited number of games at trialists, but they are now fully registered to play with last season's Division Two champions already top of the table.

While Rangers are now free of the on-field problems resulting from liquidation, relegated Dunfermline Athletic were the most restricted side in terms of movements because of their summer in administration.

East Fife and Airdrieonians had the highest turnover of players, with the Methil club in particular making some eye-catching signings, former Hearts striker Christian Nade being the best known of a number of arrivals from overseas.

Forfar Athletic also added some top-flight experience with veterans Rab Douglas, Darren Dods and Marvin Andrews arriving at Station Park.

Celtic skipper Scott Brown and fellow midfielder Nir Biton return to the squad for Saturday's Scottish Premiership clash with Ross County in Dingwall.

Both missed Wednesday night's Champions League game defeat by Ajax in Amsterdam through suspension.

Midfielder Kris Commons came through that match unscathed after his recent hamstring strain, and should feature from the start.

Forward Georgios Samaras will not travel with the squad due to a swollen knee, while Adam Matthews (collarbone) and Steven Mouyokolo (Achilles) remain out.

Melvin De Leeuw is a doubt for the home team, who have not completed either of their last two matches due to floodlight failure at home to Inverness Caley and then heavy rain at St Mirren Park.

The Staggies striker took hefty knocks in both those fixture and is battling to shrug them off ahead of the lunchtime kick-off.

Midfielder Alex Cooper played an U-20s game in midweek after a lengthy lay-off but it is too early for his inclusion in the squad.
 Ross County manager Derek Adams: "Celtic won't enjoy coming up here. I don't think they've enjoyed it in the past.

"We performed very well against them last season; two draws and a win (at home) and that's something we are very proud of.

"Celtic are a very good side coming off a game against Ajax and they may change their team around.

"We've played 11 games this season and Celtic have played 20-odd. That's a big difference.

"It's been stop-start for us, with two abandoned games and the international breaks. It's not been ideal."

Celtic manager Neil Lennon: "I am really not happy about the timing of the game.

"I have had no time at all to work with the players. We came back from Amsterdam [following the 2-1 Champions League defeat by Ajax] in the early hours of Thursday morning, we are in today [Friday] but there is no chance of any players who played, doing any training.

"Now we have a three-hour bus ride for a lunchtime kick-off.

"The timing is ridiculous and then I have players away in international duty for two weeks after that.

"I know the SPFL have nothing to do with internationals but I feel sorry for our supporters, some of them who may have been in Amsterdam now having to go to Dingwall on Saturday morning and I feel sorry for the players.

"It is an entertainment business and it is going to be very difficult for them to play at their very best. So I may have to look to freshen things up tomorrow."

Real Madrid will look to in-form Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema for a 10th Liga win this season against Real Sociedad.
The expensively-assembled front three have been in lethal form in recent weeks for the Spanish giants, scoring all 12 of Madrid's goals between them in the past three matches.

Portuguese trio Ronaldo, Pepe and Fabio Coentrao all missed training for Madrid on Thursday but are expected to be fit for the clash, although Marceloa has been ruled out with a knee problem.
Coach Carlo Ancelotti will have a decision to make about who starts in goal after Iker Casillas' fine performance against Juventus in the Champions League in midweek, with Diego Lopez having started every league game so far this season.
Former Madrid midfielder Esteban Granero will not be available for the visitors after the 26-year-old damaged his anterior cruciate ligament in mid-September, while Diego Ifran is also out with a similar problem.

Bayern Munich will set a new record for the longest unbeaten run in Bundesliga history if they avoid defeat against Augsburg on Saturday.

Bayern Munich head into this weekend's clash with Augsburg on the brink of Bundesliga history, as they look to set a new record of 37 games unbeaten in the German top flight.

Pep Guardiola's side have already equalled a Champions League record this week with a ninth successive victory in the competition at Viktoria Plzen, courtesy of a goal from substitute Mario Mandzukic.

City's new signings up front - Ricky van Wolfswinkel, Gary Hooper, Johan Elmander and Nathan Redmond - have between them contributed just two league goals since arriving in Norfolk, while Andy Carroll's injury means that Sam Allardyce is short of attacking options.
At the back it's a tale of two very different defences. Norwich have conceded an average of two goals per match, while the Hammers have six clean sheets so far.
With all the attention on Norwich it's easy to overlook the fact that West Ham have only two more points than their opponents this weekend.
Nonetheless, the Hammers have a better away record than at home so far, with just one goal conceded on their travels, and they've kept a clean sheet in their last three on the road.
The atmosphere at Carrow Road in the past few seasons has generally been positive, with the club making huge strides since the last time they conceded seven goals. That, you may remember, was at home to Colchester in a League One fixture back in August 2009 and led to a change of manager.
Whatever happens this Saturday, it is going to be a rather tense evening for the home fans as they look for a positive reaction to last week's events at the Etihad.

Head-to-head
Norwich City are unbeaten in 15 home league games against West Ham United (W8, D7) since a 1-0 top-flight defeat in February 1973.
West Ham did, however, win 1-0 at Carrow Road in the FA Cup in January 2006 on their way to reaching the final.

There's more to come from the south coast too, with Hodgson saying full-back Nathaniel Clyne is in his thoughts, while James Ward-Prowse and Luke Shaw are in the under-21 squad.
Southampton are becoming quite the England production line and we shouldn't forget some of those who've already come through the system with great success, such as Theo Walcott, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Welshman Gareth Bale.
It's all a far cry from how things looked after just 13 seconds last Saturday, when Artur Boruc was beaten by Asmir Begovic's freak goal for Stoke.
Southampton recovered from that early shock to earn a point. They've only lost twice since the start of the season - at Norwich in the league and Wednesday's League Cup defeat at Sunderland, when a much changed line-up was fielded.
Hull travel to St Mary's with manager Steve Bruce unashamedly focusing on survival in their first year back in the Premier League.
Last week's 1-0 win over the nine men of Sunderland continued their solid home form, but they've lost four out of five on the road so far.

Southampton have won four of their last five games against Hull. Those five matches have produced a total of 20 goals.

Fulham boss Martin Jol doesn't fear the sack. He may not be frightened of getting the boot, but he must be aware that his chances of staying in the job are rapidly diminishing, and this is the worst possible time for Fulham to go to Liverpool.
The home side will be desperate to bounce back from defeat at Arsenal, and they've won five of six games this season against bottom-half teams.
The Cottagers, meanwhile, have the worst record in the league against top-half opposition - five defeats from five. In 32 trips to Anfield, Fulham have won just once - in the 2011-12 campaign.
Martin Skrtel's own goal that day was the only one they've managed in their last seven visits. Luis Suarez and Daniel Sturridge have more league strikes between them this season than the Fulham team combined.
Some bookies have Fulham at 14-1 for an away win. That's as unlikely as some dimwit suggesting a statue of Michael Jackson outside Craven Cottage! Well, crazy things do sometimes happen.
That decision, however, came under Mohamed Al Fayed, who was always capable of springing a surprise or bringing in a star name. Every summer they either made a marquee signing or brought in a string of good, experienced players.
Not this summer though, and now they are starting to look short of the class and strength in depth needed to keep them up.
From the outside, things don't look or sound right. I hope I'm wrong. Fulham is a lovely club. It pains me to see them suffer as they are.
I enjoy watching Liverpool playing right now though, with such freedom of movement, and clinical finishing. The two strikers are in devastating form, and the midfield has been boosted by Philippe Coutinho's return.
The Reds are still a work in progress, but with Sascha Riether's suspension weakening Fulham, there can be only one winner here, surely intensifying the pressure on the beleaguered Jol. 

Head-to-head
Fulham have only won one of their 32 matches at Anfield (D9, L22). The solitary victory was by 1-0 in May 2012 courtesy of Martin Skrtel's own goal.
Liverpool have won both league clashes since that win, scoring seven goals to Fulham's one, including a 4-0 win in the corresponding fixture last season.
The Reds have only conceded three goals in 12 Premier League home games against Fulham.

Liverpool
Liverpool kept a clean sheet in each of their opening three league games but have since conceded in seven successive matches.
The Reds have won all six league matches in which they opened the scoring this season, the best record in the division.
They have been ahead at half-time in seven of their 10 league fixtures.
Daniel Sturridge is the joint-leading Premier League scorer in 2013 with 18 goals, the same as Robin van Persie and Christian Benteke. Sturridge's only Premier League hat-trick came against Fulham in May.
Jordan Henderson has played in every minute of Liverpool's 10 Premier League games. This time last season he had yet to start a league game, playing just 77 minutes as a substitute.

Fulham
Fulham have the worst record in the league against top-half opposition, losing all five matches.
The Cottagers have only once scored more than one goal in a Premier League game this season (4-1 v Crystal Palace).
They have only kept two clean sheets in 13 games in all competitions this season, but have kept three in their last five league visits to Anfield.
Among teams who have played 100 or more games, only Derby County (15%) have a worse Premier League away win percentage than Fulham (15.5%).

Crystal Palace are getting close to the last-chance saloon already. Seven defeats in a row is not an attractive prospect to any potential new manager, but they need to get the situation sorted quickly otherwise it's going to be too late.
There are not that many leading candidates out there, probably because of what a difficult job it will be. They will inherit Palace's 16 summer signings, most of whom were recruited in a rush and have very little Premier League experience.
I worry especially for the defence this weekend because Romelu Lukaku is the sort of player that will fancy bullying their backline. Keith Millen has got Palace playing some good stuff in patches, but they just can't seem to put the full performance together that they desperately need.
I saw them lose 4-1 at home to Fulham and that game summed up their season. They were very good in a 15-minute spell but just weren't able to carry it through. It was a similar situation when I commentated at Stoke in their second game of the season - they were leading at half-time and went on to lose.
In the predicament they are in, Roberto Martinez's Everton are one of the worst sides to face.
In the past, Martinez' sides have always been easy on the eye but equally liable to ship goals - Wigan conceded a league-high 73 goals en route to relegation last season.
Martinez has brought the attractive football the Latics were known for to Merseyside, but crucially he has inherited a ready-made, experienced back four that have not conceded a Premier League goal in exactly four hours.

Everton have won four of the last five meetings, scoring 14 goals and conceding just five. Their last clash was in April 2005, a 4-0 home win for Everton in which James Vaughan became the Premier League's youngest-ever scorer.
